Vendor Policy

This Vendor Policy sets the standards for selling on SuqJunub™.

Effective date: 17 June 2026

1. Vendor approval

Vendors must apply and be approved before selling. SuqJunub™ may request business details, contact information, location, store description and other information needed to review an application.

2. Listing standards

Listings must be truthful, clear and current. Vendors must accurately describe condition, price, currency, stock, location, specifications and delivery expectations.

Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, misleading or prohibited products are not allowed.

3. Fulfilment and communication

Vendors must respond to buyers and orders professionally, honour accepted orders, update inventory and communicate delays or cancellations quickly.

Repeated non-fulfilment, false stock, misleading prices, abusive communication or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension.

4. Reviews and reputation

Vendor reputation may be influenced by fulfilment, buyer feedback, product ratings, inventory quality and communication. Vendors must not manipulate reviews or pressure buyers to leave false feedback.

5. Commission and fees

During the growth phase, SuqJunub™ may charge no commission. The platform may introduce fees later with reasonable notice to vendors.

6. Enforcement

SuqJunub™ may remove listings, pause stores, restrict features, suspend vendors or take other action to protect buyers, sellers and marketplace integrity.
