Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds and disputes are handled on SuqJunub™.

Effective date: 17 June 2026

1. Marketplace position

SuqJunub™ is a marketplace platform. Independent vendors are primarily responsible for the products they sell, including quality, condition, delivery and return handling.

2. Eligible return reasons

A buyer may request support where the wrong item was delivered, the product is materially different from the listing, the product arrived damaged, or the order was not delivered after confirmation.

Buyers should raise concerns as soon as possible, preferably at delivery or within seven days of receiving the product.

3. Non-eligible reasons

Returns may be refused for change of mind, buyer misuse, damage after delivery, missing accessories caused by the buyer, or products clearly described as used, refurbished or sold as-is where the issue was disclosed.

4. Cash on Delivery orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, buyers should inspect the product where practical before completing payment. If a dispute arises after payment, the vendor is expected to cooperate in good faith.

5. Dispute handling

Buyers should first contact the vendor. If the issue is not resolved, SuqJunub™ may review available evidence and assist with mediation. SuqJunub™ may restrict vendors or buyers who repeatedly abuse the returns process.
