SuqJunub™ is a multi-vendor marketplace platform that helps buyers discover products, compare sellers, place orders and communicate with independent vendors. SuqJunub™ provides the technology layer for marketplace discovery, ordering, trust signals and account management.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SuqJunub™ does not own, manufacture, store or directly sell the products listed by independent vendors. Vendors are responsible for their listings, prices, inventory, product quality, fulfilment and compliance with applicable laws.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your contact details, delivery information and login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

SuqJunub™ may refuse, suspend or restrict access to an account where we reasonably believe the account is being used for fraud, abuse, misleading activity, repeated failed orders, prohibited listings or conduct that harms buyers, vendors or the marketplace.

When you place an order, you are making a request to buy from the relevant vendor. Order acceptance, fulfilment and delivery depend on the vendor's confirmation, stock availability and the delivery arrangement selected or offered.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is normally collected when the product is delivered. Buyers should be available at the delivery location, provide accurate contact details and inspect the product within a reasonable time during delivery where possible.

Vendors must provide honest product descriptions, accurate prices, real product images where possible, current stock information and clear fulfilment expectations. Vendors must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe or misleading products.

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders, communicating with buyers professionally, resolving legitimate product issues and complying with SuqJunub™ marketplace policies.

Users may not use SuqJunub™ for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, false reviews, counterfeit sales, illegal goods, stolen property, dangerous items, controlled substances, adult content, malicious software or any activity that violates applicable law.

SuqJunub™ may remove listings, hide content, restrict accounts or report activity to relevant authorities where necessary to protect buyers, vendors and the platform.

Reviews, product descriptions, store descriptions, images and messages may be visible to other users. You must not post false, abusive, defamatory, unlawful or misleading content.

SuqJunub™ may moderate, remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms, marketplace rules or trust and safety standards.

During the marketplace growth phase, SuqJunub™ may operate with no vendor commission or with promotional pricing. SuqJunub™ reserves the right to introduce fees, commissions or paid services in the future with reasonable notice to affected vendors.

Any future fee structure will be communicated through vendor dashboard notices, platform updates or direct communication.

SuqJunub™ provides the marketplace platform on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every vendor listing will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuqJunub™ is not liable for indirect losses, vendor fulfilment failures, product defects, buyer misuse, third-party conduct or disputes between buyers and vendors, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms as the marketplace grows, including to reflect new features, legal requirements, payment methods, delivery models or vendor standards. Continued use of SuqJunub™ after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
